Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Compost Tumblers & Compost Bins (including Kitchen Compost Bins and Worm Composting Bins)
Please choose these composting solutions carefully, as they are intended for organic waste and cannot be resold once purchased.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

After we receive your return:
