Shipping Information
We are thrilled to ship our products globally, though we currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way to you.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for most items.
Policy Timeframe
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all composting products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose these items carefully.
This includes: Compost Tumblers, Compost Bins, Kitchen Compost Bins, and Worm Composting Bins.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timing and Method
After we receive your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
