• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all composting products are final sale and cannot be returned:

Return Process:

Contact our customer service at [email protected] within the 15-day window to initiate a return. Do not ship items back without a Returns Authorization Number.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
